I wasnt financial free as a nurse until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing! Very inspiring! I love this...

@@eadad4371 Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy...So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.

@@skoopqueen. I have had the intentions of starting investing. But I always thought it was late and I think I need to stop procrastinating. I will definitely 🔍 Regina Louise Collaro and see what she can advise .Thanks a lot . This was of so much help to me .

One bad habit I had to ditch was not asking for names when answering phone calls. In the beginning, I'd get so swamped that I'd forget to jot down names, and it'd bite me later in the shift.

Omgosh yes! I’m an emergency room nurse recently graduated n I always felt like I missed the mark on so much n I’m not good enough bt my preceptor and managers let me know that I actually am doing a good job. It’s so crazy how defeated we can feel as nurses because we want to give that superhero care all the time lol

I’m just finishing up my 2nd semester of nursing school and the last part of this msg almost made me cry. I consistently feel like I’m sucking and there’s more that I could’ve done. But also, I can’t b/c of student (or even knowledge) limitations. I have a feeling this feeling of always wanting to do more or think of what I could have done better will stick with me. Thanks for this video!

7/8 or 9 patients I’ll be thrilled 😊😊😊 having 12-14 on a daily basis makes me feel defeated after my shift. My 8 hour shift is not even enough to get things done medpass and treatments so I always do overtime to get my charting done.

@@AjayRNofficial7/8 patients 🙏I pray one day it happens in my trust, we get 12patients in the night and 7-8 in day,a busy medsurg ward with critically ill patients. I come back drained and exhausted, always clocking out late and going home feeling defeated. This makes me question if I can continue with this,I'm not a new nurse, just new to the trust and still have a long time to stay in other to finish my contract but I dread going to work ☹

No way can one nurse take care of 12-14 patients on a busy med/surg floor !! How many aids ? Are their A&D nurses or do you do it ? Is their an IV team ? Do you give blood ? Do you have chest tubes, drains, dressing changes, NG tubes, G tubes, trachs, TPN, PICC lines, colostomies, Foley catheters, urostomies, q hr neuron checks, chest tubes, PCA’s, bedside procedures with physicians, comfort care patients, total care patients, dementia patients, crawling out of bed patients, 72hr hold patients, withdrawing patients and the list goes on !! If you have all that, it is impossible for any human ever to take care of 12-14 patients with all that !!! LTC yes, med/ surg no !
