I too have a hunter 350 drapper green 2024, done 5500, during a ride with pillion rider at a steep climb, his weight is almost 80 kgs, i used 1st gear for prolonged period, i heard a ratting sound, not sure where it was coming from but not from engine. But i always feel joy riding this bike, its easy and braking is spot on, used to love sports bike but after riding this bike i had my perspective changed.

Myself a proud hunter 350 owner. Its my very first bike. This being a smallish bike and easy to handle ergonomics make it a perfect beginner bike. Its made me comfortable with handling and riding heavy bikes, yes its 184 kgs but once you get going the weight disappears. The handing is amazing. Nippy in the city, easy overtaking just a slight oull on the throttle and it goes.

This bike sales will go down because I see hunter 350 in every second hand bike showroom and I see 5 hunter 350 out of 10 bikes in marketplace I dont know why but I think the reasons is like ground clearence ,hard suspension, pillion seat comfort and bike looks small but power is damn good

Regarding the mileage, so its not that after 2nd service mileage increases no. The milage becomes better once the engine becomes free, high compression engines like the one on this bike take atleast upto 10,000 km to free up and become loose. That is when you get increased mileage

3 problems. Suspensions really sucks, not very often but sometimes bike moving even in neutral gear, often stopes while turning or when moving when getting green signal at the junction junction

I've dapper gray Nov. 2023 model I use it for daily commute from kullu to manali (45 kms) i get from 39 kmpl to 44kmpl on my bike. I drive mostly between 60 to 80. I rarely go till 100 that too only on straight roads. But I easily get above 40 kmpl. And yes mirror issue is really frustrating sometimes. Solution to the mirror problem is touring mirrors but they also come at a very high price.
