Its refreshing to see a Pro being so humble towards newer riders, you are a stand up guy AJ. The Moto scene can be pretty toxic up here. You are an inspiration to all of us getting into the sport!

Yeah they definitely exist. If that's the case, you're gonna wanna make sure you overjump it lol. Usually if you plan on overjumping one like that, you'll probably get it perfect but even if you DO overjump it, it's all good, depending on what's immediately after it though, obviously.

I love hitting that down hill double on my 450 after the burm that follows the 100ft tabletop!! The corner at the bottom holds so good you don't even need to let off the throttle to nail that corner at the bottom of the downhill double. Or atleast the last time I rode at tomahawk that was the layout of that section after the big tabletop.

Yes yes yes I love this AJ there's nothing that feels better as a Motocross rider than jumping over a hundred feet for the first time LOL hence why I commented that long-ass comment on the last video where is your facility by the way is it in Connecticut I really love the calm confidence filled method you have of teaching really enjoying your videos lately but almost reminds me of Danny Stewart's table at 207 except Danny decided to throw a supercross style lip on that damn thing. Can't wait for the day I get to ride with you again. most people remember me from being basically partnered up for years with Mike Shea and Dustin Johnson we went everywhere together us three. Thanks for sharing. A great video! The face of a jump can be intimidating. Looking at the profile of a jump up close helped me gain enough intrepidness to hit jumps, but not nearly 100 ft. Video really does give a false sense of confidence so appreciate that commentary up front.

8:38 I often wondered why some tracks allow a slight cup to build right at the landing, especially on bigger jumps like this? That, or really big air jumps with steep landings where you have to be very accurate to hit it right. I used to ride Thunder Valley, and many of their jumps were pretty well sculpted so that if it was a longer jump (like the uphill jump at the far north end of the track) and the jump out of the pit had landings that were long and forgiving. It seemed a lot safer and allowed those of us intermediate riders to feel comfortable jumping them every lap. If all of the riders were AJ (including myself), mine would be a stupid question. But, most of us aren't, and never were, pros.

My son raced 80's then and he and 4 other 80's were getting 100ft. He was 12 almost 13. "I thought it would feel different... " He wasn't overly impressed.
