If you read it carefully, the title of the video is not referred to the god Shiva but to the mantra. Apart from that, sex was sacred in the ancient India like can be appreciated by looking at the famous sculptures of the group of temples of Khajuraho that are expressions of both hinduist and jain spirituality. May be your masters and gurus are examples of how high has been the influence of prudish occidentals after almost two centuries of British colonialism.

In the West, everything is sexualized or in fear of being sexualized because sex is not generally integrated into life and life is not infused with spirituality. Spirituality is individualistic, reductionistic, and capitalistic in the West, generally, not always. Butt injections are more common than genuine sacred spirituality, but how would one find the latter? Not through the online dating marketplace! Worldly life continues because of sexuality, but the modern Western form of sexuality and spirituality that we see in media is not integrated in healthy way. I don't percieve this mantra as particularly sexual. The sound is definitely resonating in the whole of the singers body and is sensual. Life is sensual when you get back to earthly reality and away from media.
