First of all Aamir bhai I appreciate your video. You tried your best to guide us in the best possible way, appriciation for that. I've actually tried solar MPPT charge controler. These are good for DC systems or for battery charging etc, but never ment for AC load with UPS. If you tied them with UPS, they do work, but not so efficiently. I mean end user wont see its impact, because its too little to observe. If you want to run your DC load with this type of controller, then definitely go for it. I've tried Faisal MPPT charge controller, which works best and way less expensive then simtech. Currently I'm using the Ziewnic 1.5kva invertor, and satisfied with its performance. If you have the budget of 25/35k, instead of buying MPPT controller for AC system and UPS, go for Ziewnic!

پچھلے دنوں میرا یو پی ایس خراب ھوگیا جب بنوانے کیلٸے مارکیٹ گیا تو جتنی منہ اتنی بات جتنے کا یو پی ایس نہیں اس سے کہیں زیادہ اسکی ریپیرنگ ۔ الغرض نیا خریدنے کا سوچا ۔ نٸے کی قیمت سنکر ھواس اڑ گٸے ۔ ایک سے ڈیرہ لاکھ ۔۔۔ اللما الحفیظ ۔۔۔ 72 سال کی عمر میں محض لاھور ھال روڈ اسی وجہ سے گیا کہ سنا تھا وھاں لوکل یو پی ایس سستا مل جاتا ھے ۔ وھاں سے جتنے پیسے میں ایک یو پی ایس ملرھا ھے اتنے میں نصف درجن ماڈیول کنٹرولز اور سارا ضروری سامان لیکر کراچی آگیا ۔ اب میں خود ھی تیار کر رھا ھوں ۔ خود بھی استعمال کر رھا ھوں اور اپنے عزیزوں رسشہ داروں کو بھی بنا بنا کر دے رھا ھوں ۔ 1.2 kva کا تقریباً خرچ پندرہ سے بیس ھزار روپٸےکا ھے ۔ جنکو معلومات لینی ھو مجھ سے رابطہ کریں ۔ بلا معاوضہ ھے ۔

I have bought sinko MPPT 80 Ampere charger last year. The seller on KZbin have shown us it's performance on 12 volt system and it was giving 49 amperes from 900 watt solar panels and I was impressed and bought it. It was double option means 12 volt and 24 volt same as shown in your video. In home I connected it with 24 volt. The maximum amperes I observed at 1 o'clock were 13 amperes from 900 watt panels connected in series giving Voc 132 volts.

@@KKTec I checked Voc of 60 ampere simtek MPPT , the limit is 100 volt. So I advice to connect two panels in parallel, In parallel connection the Voc will remain 50 volt whereas ampere will become double that is 28 amperes. If you are making single battery setup then it will work.

Then I increased the amperes manually means that I divided Voc by 2, and doubled the amperes by making two strings producing Isc 16.80 amperes and Voc 66 volt. By doing this I observed maximum amperes at 1 O'clock were 20 amperes. If we calculate output power from sinko MPPT 80 A charger , it will be 24*20= 480 watt from input of 900 watt panels at maximum sunshine at 1 O'clock.

i am also using SIMTECK 80 AMP with 1000 watt soler panels result is not good MAX 35 TO 38 AMP AT PEAK TIME , also 1 bad thing is battery cant full chaRGE without wapda , AND IN MORING SOLAR MODE CANNOT BE ON WITHOUT WAPDA OR TILL BATTERY FULL , EVEN FULL DAY IF NOT USE LOAD BATTRY WILL BE CHARGE TILL MID NIGHT , WHAT IS THIS ,

@@technicalzone4671 the automatic relay in controller is useless. You must turn off wapda at morning 10:00 o'clock and then turn ON the wapda at 3:00 O'clock manually. In this way you can use solar energy for 5 hours up to load of 350 watt. But if load exceeds than 350 watt then you load will consume battery charge and battery life

@@technicalzone4671 such small system of 1000 watt panels cannot give us savings. In ideal conditions , lengthy days of summer and best components 1000 watt panels can produce 100 units per month.

It is a personal experience of 5 kv solar that solar systems work in daylight only . The equipment should be genuine. Otherwise, solar does give any relief despite 4 batteries of 5 kv . I have been listing many specialists daily who describe it benefits. It is like selling CHORAN. There are no benefits at night because batteries storage does not bear the load of ac at night. A public service message .

Sir with 12v single battery is charging with 50amp so it could be damage soon bcz with if we are using 200AH battery the normal required charging current will 20 amp..so kindly clear my confusion
