Post abrogation there there has been no engagement with stakeholders including Kashmiri Pandits. No return and rehabilitation policy can succeed unless the lost trust between the majority community of Kashmir and the Kashmiri Pandit community is restored. This can be done only by having a structured intercommunity dialogue between members of the Kashmiri Pandits and the majority community of Kashmir.
