I really like this map. Im just confused where this mission fits in the storyline. It’s before the Ark Society mission and after the Mumbai mission (they talk about Rangun is past tense in the movie room). Hopefully somebody will see this and help me out.

Set in Hitman 2 after Whittleton Creek and before Sgail Island, in that two month window when they're on the boat awaiting Ark Society gathering

The story is told in the opening cutscenes. they were in a boat and hitman brother is asking for a personal contract for the male target, while the female target is an ICA target so they can eliminate the personal target without the suspicion of the ICA

If it’s a few weeks before the Ark Society gathering, then it’s obviously before the Isle of S’gàil mission. If they even know about the existence of the Ark Society, it has to be after the Whittleton Creek mission. So it’s between Another Life and The Ark Society.

have you thought about -snipe tower button for meeting -run to ruins -kill both with cannon from ruins -drop explosive down the ruins vent onto Sat control unit ? you can do most of the setup while they walk to the meeting, finding the screwdriver, etc.
