For those who are wondering: you have to complete the mission to get the challenge done. Side note: You don't have to complete the entire mission in the Plague Doctor outfit, just the 3 pokings with the Amputation Knife.

This is incorrect. There is a visual bug where the challenge pop-up won't appear, but you can exit the mission as soon as you kill the 3rd guard, and you will be able to wear the outfit in any mission.

I really love this game, i 100% it, and I have every unpaid unlockable item in the game. It's very sad how nothing new ever comes to this game, and when it does, it's just some paid bs reskins of the same exact items in the game, re skined themed maps, like connor McGregor? It's so terrible. They have a whole franchise of games to work with, so much content they can steal, but instead, we get this nonsense nonstop over and over again. You have freelancer that they added to the game, which was such a good edition to the game, except you're just stuck on the same maps you've been playing on for the last 8 years. This is my favorite version of Hitman no matter how much i love blood money and silent assassin. This game has the best mechanics and missing some things from blood money, but other than that, it's almost if not the perfect Hitman game. Its really sad how they handle the content in this game.
