I'll say this: The birthday party mission story is one of my favorites because there's different dialogue depending on what you did with the cake. If you put lethal poison on it, Jordan thinks his father poisoned him in his final moments. With the emetic poison, he likes the cake and makes no scene before falling sick. Do nothing then he just causes a scene where you can choose how to kill him in a more physical manner after everyone clears out. Don't know if he says anything different if you used sedative poison.
