Another explanation of swaibhang tht mks quite sm sense can be tht jot itself (swai) got separated (bhang) frm the universal One may be to create ones own identity (haun) Since moolmantar explains the characteristics of the jot nd why it got separated nd how thru gurparsad it can be united again with the Universal One

Saloni Gulati rehat means the daily discipline of a person, which includes the nitnem (in the morning and evening). So that involves reciting the 5 baanis and more (google Sikh nitnem). But rehat is not just limited to all these things, but also naa japna (could also mean being in a state of simran whenever we can) and things like how we live our daily life, our thoughts actions etc.
