Thanks to your videos I passed my Step 2CK. Point to note though, the step2 CKs questions were of a very different style, not even close to uworld and maybe 50% of what nbme test questions are like. Heavy heavy emphasis on health screening guidelines

Hello! The 7:23 correction is Staph aureus, the most common for osteomyelitis is still SA. If a patient has Salmonella Osteomyelitis then you think the patient has Sickle cell disease, but the most common even for Sickle cell patients is still SA! Thank you for your videos they have been extremely helpful!
