Hey how do you blue your ak, do you do it before the spot welds? I tried after the trunnions, rails, center support were in but the outside came out nice but the inside came out rusty smh 😢

Super sad about the blueing, smh, I also tried to blue a reciever before spot weld but Mayby i held it down to long, I assumed the bluing jacked it up and I sanded it down because it burnt through, but bluing after everything is done created rust, please advise I’m sad bout this

Enjoyed the Hell out of your videos on the German AK build, just having completed my first build of a AR15 clone of the marine corps m-16 a4, you just might have converted me to a Kalashnikov fan. Building an AR-15 was child's play and your AK build looked challenging.I Have access to all tools needed for an AK build but can't find any parts kit for a AK 74. But wait what about the serial number? I don’t have an FFL, but should I consider it if I build it from scratch like this? I own an AK47 but something tells me there’s more legal paperwork that I need to keep in mind. I’d like to hear some responses about that.

Depends on the state, here in Florida home builds don't require a serial number.
