What is hand fighting, part of wrestling practice. This video was taken before the Corona Virus and is just here to give you a look at part of a wrestling practice with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Cain Velasquez along with many other fighters like Umar Nurmagomedov and Enrico Cortese and Tai Tuivasa. AKA has some of the best grapplers in the world, and when one or more of the Champions are in town they are even better. You will see these fighters go to work as Khabib takes the lead. There might be a surprise or two in it as well. No secrets here, but you get to see some of your favorite mma fighters getting physical. Unfortunately AKA is not open do to Corona, but here we have a chance to share the memory of what a great camp looks like. Javier Mendez is waiting to open as soon as it is safe and a good system for peoples protection at the gym is in place. We look forward to the day when Khabib, Umar, and Islam can all train with Coach Javier again. We also hope that all of you are staying safe and healthy until new solutions arise. He is incredibly intimidating. I laugh when I see comments that Khabib could handle Cain. An interviewer asked Coach Javier if he ever let Khabib spar with DC or Cain. He said they'd practice their wrestling with each other, but that he would NEVER let them do any mixed martial arts (e.g. striking, ground and pound). Khabib is remarkable, but he would not have any fun against a 250 pound beast like Cain.

That is a very good thing all respect, but a lot of Muslim gain a lot of weight in Ramadan, that is a fact and unhealthy. Eating a lot of sugar and fat even early before the sun rises is terrible for your health. There is a reason why Khabib does not fight during Ramadan, other Muslims who work in construction and did fast had nervous and mental breakdowns and were ordered by the hospital and doctor to NOT fast, because their body cant keep up.
