Bro .Cardiac Failure is not that acute n does not usually cause instant deaths bur Myocardial Infarction ...patient presents with referred pain which is left hand .....and it usually progresses into cardiac arrest or immediate death . One other thing that can save most Zimbabweans who are at risk from.such incidences is to take Aspirin or Disprin 1 tablet everyday
