Remember, he has 2 really good DFs and the rubber fruit is pretty mid. Only reason it’s so OP is because luffy uses it. Only way to know of the nika fruits true power is either by someone telling you(which is unlikely) or you using it (which he most likely won’t) plus luffys ship is probably the best one out there. Remember, to complete your goal and get the one piece you need a good ship, you can do anything if you are a DF user and your ship is crappy. What happens if your ship breaks? You’ll most likely just drown
