The laser is faulty and is picking up spurious radiation...it happens as the laser ages. You can try to rearrange the wiring loom or shielding it... otherwise it may be a faulty DAC...usually a chip.

do a GOOD clean the lasr, on the laser en IN the laser,..... the lasers goes verry rare realy broken.....
