It does actually but I haven't really differentiate whether if it is as good as using it with akai

Aki shield scales with his star levels. But lolita only give 20% shields on all levels so it will only increase lolita base stats and not shielding. Meanwhile the cadia synergy also give attack speed and then shields which can stack with akai's skill. So since lolita is a tank she won't be getting much benefits from her second synergy which increase damage deal.
