AKAI GX-210D, pinch roller tire replacement keeping the metal part

Cheapest way to replace a pinch roller by replacing the tire only. Many sellers on ebay sell just tires, I bought it from a guy from Romania.

I bought a tire for mine and change it in 10 minutes, let the glue dried and it's working perfectly fine... I use a plastic scrapper and remove it completely in a single shot.

If you want a better fit, just adjust a little the axel on right. It got a screw in the middle and make it running the tape on exact middle and perfect angle with pinch roller.

Yes, you are right. That is just screwed in and can be brought a bit to the outside by adding a thin washer behind it. Don't know how it can be put further inside if that it what needed.
