thanks guys! I've had mine for a couple of weeks and I look forward to installing this update. I also appreciate that you were under a lot of pressure to bring this product to market ( leaks, competition etc.) I bought my first MPC in 99 but left music production for about 10 years, however now I'm back and I fully respect that you're doing standalone products again! I won't lie and say I haven't hit a few nasty bugs, but I don't want to take my unit back and buy a competitors product, I want AKAI to be what it always was to me... King of the Beats!! Please, please keep updating and supporting us and we will stay loyal to the end!!!

Wtf??? Just downloaded 2.8 on my computer. I currently have 2.6 , when I try to go into update mode it says " this drive contains firmware update 2.6 for your mpc you are already running this version......what gives ???????? Help

I have the mpc live it is plugged into the power supply and the usb is plugged in it is still saying mpc is not detected.

why won't this work with 10.15 Catalina it won't allow me to run updater says apple can't check for malicious content....any leads on this?

Guys I’m on 2.0.5 (just bought my MPC Live). I’m trying to update it to 2.3.0 But I keep getting stuck at the update mode. It says my Mpc is not connected. (I’m on Mac Mojave 10.14.2 and with a MacBook Pro 2018 ...I always have will always have to use a hub for connection) what am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same trouble I updated the daw on the computer, but my standalone says USB not connected.
