Akali rework TL:DR Passive does big boi damage with he empowered auto.Q cd is 1.5 sec but melts through your energy like hot knife on butter and literally tickles early levels. In W you can be seen when you are seen by true sight but you can't be targeted but that means you can be hit by skillshots and has a 28sec cd. E does zero damage and R is broken.

I'm not sure about that one bud, the new Akali isnt that OP. I've played her, you actually need brain power since you can only get her burst if you space yourself and her burst isn't instant like the current Akali (It aint Q, dash, auto, E in one complete second anymore since she doesnt have much constant dashes (Stacks) anymore). Her shroud seems OP on paper but its really isnt. It helps you hide from towers but if you attack and so on while under tower, you will still take a tower shot. She can still be hit by skillshots and her position is easy to be given away. Only point and click people will have a bit of a problem. She has ALOT of counter play: Dodge the E and walk away from her when she has her passive ready or when she's in shroud (Without Shroud, shes easy to burst down). There is more but that's what I can list from the top of my head.
