Hell no, I think Esdeath deserved a death that was worse, at least in the manga she dies knowing she failed to kill Tatsumi so he would get to live and find someone besides her, she dies alone, and I thought that was fitting after everything she did, I don’t think her countless victims got a happy ending like she did, fucking stupid finale.

Really? I just stopped caring because they basically killed everyone off, and they did it in ways that made the protagonists look like saints, the anime could’ve done something that made the them anti-heroes, it could’ve been way darker, like a Rogue One kind of thing, where you see them do things that are not very moral at all, and Tatsumi is the only one who really is pure on the inside, but has to choose the darker and more morally ambiguous assassins, but at times disagrees and even maybe gets into a physical confrontation with one of them, but the anime makes them into heroes so it wasted some really good opportunities there. But...it was good, it just could’ve been better.
