I played for about 14 months, VIP 6, had 10 14 stars, before I quit . Honestly I had the most fun when only 10* existed. Sadly TTH lived up to the type of business it really is (a cash grab).

The better idea were gonna have is they add the rule where you can only put 1hero in every team i think thats better like the unity aura before if you break the aura you lose the 10%.

My suggestion: Take away the 20% DR from his active and when the minion dies, reduce minion’s hp to 100% instead of 120% and petrify for 1 round instead of 2. All of these together should make him somewhat beatable

his kit is just too overloaded, his damage is nuts due to permanent scaling which is enabled by his really good survivability from the cc resistance, damage reduction and healing, not to mention he can't lose energy and taunts half of the enemy team ... probably start by removing some of these passives

IMAO To solve the issue of immortal defence teams there is one simple and quite natural solution: after 15 rounds should win the player with more living heroes. It has no sense that who defends wins, in this way you can be stuck in many important parts of the game like interstellar exploration or expedition. This will fix not only the issue due to Nyx but also due to all the clerics to difficult to kill (and maybe Detlaf too). However I think they will not change that thing due to honor arena variability. In fact TTH is a very deterministic game: once you have done the team everything is fixed, there is no ability of players involved in the fight. I know that there are some effects which triggers randomly but in many turns the luck should be statistically equidistributed among the two players. So, summing up: the stronger player wins almost every time. Just in case of players with almost the same teams it is interesting to see how the battle develops. To avoid that output in honor arena they have introduced the attacker-defender mechanism which allows, sometimes, weaker players to defeat the stronger ones. And for this reason I think they will not fix that "issue".

As much as I like having Nyx as my strongest hero I do think he is overpowered. Lower his damage reflect or make minion only come back one or two times per battle are the ideas I had. Potentially nerf the minion buffs. As I see it no amount of buffing other heroes is going to effectively counter Nyx solo without nerfs.

idea for nyx: His shield only activates if he is poisoned, burned or bleeding. If he is in normal state his super only deals damage but his energy goes back to 0

It is not about Nyx for me. Revive and absurd heal makes the game time consuming and boring. Clerics are overpowered! Defensive line up is heavily favoured making every fight time out. Assassins are joke and should be removed, they can't kill Viv anyway... Increase Attack damage, nerf heal and revive, let offense be felt and decide the fight if they don't want to adjust 15round of fight. Let heroes have synergy like hodour-Aegina. Avoid making trophy like heroes like Nyx and focus on more team oriented heroes like hodour.

the only thing i continue playing this game is there PVP system. that even though your F2P as long as your lucky enough, you can compete at PVP equally. which i didn't experience in any games similar to these.

Maybe a way to nerf him is that he only has 1x regain shield on a fight. The way he is getting his huge shield every 2-3 turns makes fights time out. Also his passive that an autoattack stacks up his attack by 25% should be reduced to 2 rounds.

I think you can bring nyx down by quit a bit just by nerfing his control resistance + if you overkill his shield that he gets the rest of the damage ._.

I do agree that teams with 3 nyx on them are toxic and I think limiting his pet to have the classic 1 per team limitation like "when there are multiple Nyx in one lineup, it will only take effect once" would be a good change and mega whales can just use him in honor for each team so they won't get too mad. But my biggest issue since Ould's release, is if you actually Nerf nyx in any noticeable way where he no longer deals massive damage, everyone is just going to timeout to Ould comps now. I am looking at Ould's healing and she is consistently healing more than nyx is tanking, the survivability she gives to a team is about as bad as nyx's, and removing the biggest thing that kills her will make just her the new unbeatable hero

They should release some average storng heroes that synergies with old strong heroes like hudor or valkyrie and so on I think this is the only way to stop him without killing old strong heroes

The problema in my opinion is the timeout loses all the time, ah yes Nyx is crazy strong, but Ould only makes worst the time out problem. In my opinion they should, increase the number of round to 20 or 25, or ilimatate number rounds and think on new system to claim a winner in timeout cases

In general I like Nyx' kit. Only problem is that his stats are absurd. They need to lower his base HP and remove his CC or at least lower it. Also his pet coming back infinitely is stupid. Should only trigger once. Due to revive and insane heals (Ould, Skuld, Viv, Valk) he doesn't need to be that tanky. Make him a damage dealer and you're good to go, like Themis. Strong but not op

Yeah, his pet should trigger once only. And the debuffs should be for one round to make them less impactful as Lightning stun.

They just need to undo that HP buff, tbh. That would probably be enough. Another option would be to remove is stupid permanent CCR buffs. The fact that they built him to have no answer whatsoever is just ludicrous.

Well I'm VIP 0 and i have T5 Red Nyx (yeahh got lucky wid the copies) lvl 350 as my main damage dealer ..2nd is Kurt but he sucks now 🙄. And I absolutely agree with ur decision... I'm lvl 256 but a Pure whale with lvl 340 ish can't even beat me lol...and it's same here I just can't beat a lvl 190ish player with T5 Red Nyx and rest fodder heroes... he seriously made a lot of whales Quit the game too.. That's why Me and My team arena partners use the name Timeout Arena😂

IMO they need to add more rounds. After 15 rounds, each additional round should apply a stacking buff/debuff. Increase all monsters damage, and reduce healing. Each round progressively get worse and eventually some team should win ...

Yeah, makes a lot of sense for pvp. I have seen this in some other game. Probably, they can add 5 more rounds and in each round after 15th, HP -10% and/or ATK +10%.This will counter the heavy healing meta

I think, Nyx has many skill set thats make him very strong. Multiple attacks, healing, damage reduced, minion, taunt, energy stealing, energy can't be reduced....other than Nyx, no other hero has this much potential. If a hero is a healer they don't give attack..If they give attack hero they don't give this much healing. If Nyx fixed to the level of game, then they have to reduce or cancel to many things not one skill.. if they reduce one thing and increase another one it'll be backfire...thats not helping.

Totally with you, Akari. Nyx ruined the game in the most stupid way. I have him, but I really don’t like to use him. It feels like cheating. The solution needs to be drastic. For example they could eliminate his double cc. Simple as that. He would still maintain his huge damage output, and that would still be a problem. But they gave us ould to deal with damage. I think that, without castrating our best damage dealers through his double cc, his survivability will suffer too. What do you think guys?

I agree with everything you have said except for one thing: I really don't understand the attitude of people who regard screwing over rich people as fine. Just think about it - you spend hundreds of dollars on anything, and after you have paid, the seller simply reduces its value to nothing. this is not a stock market, it's a game. it is only due to the horrible under-regulation of the gaming market producers and developers can fuck around with their customers this way. they are free to do whatever they want, including taking from you the thing you paid for and selling it to you again, devaluing or simply erasing what you actually goddamn paid for. (the gaming industry is full of this crap) and they have zero responsibility, nor insurance or payback for whatever they do. they can be as lazy as they want on the release of under tuned hero that ruins the whole game, milk their customers for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and then nerf it to the death. that's not ok to do. not to a rich or a poor or an average customer. and the fact that we've got used to it doesn't make it any more ok. i don't say we can solve it as a tap tap community. all I am saying is that we should not see the "whale's problems" as only their problems. we are all screwed by these nerfing games exactly the same. apart of that - totally agree. i still wish they would cancel the time restriction on the fusing rewards and add fat rewards for fusing t14 and green red purple heroes. we should not wait for 2 weeks to build a hero, it's bullshit pacing and a bottleneck. but they really added a ton of resources, I simply overfuse and build my heroes as fast as I can right now and enjoy this. but timing out to a single NYX or a Detlaff with Vivien is annoying AF. it actually kills any aspiration to get anywhere on the ladder, in peaks also. there are some other issues with the game, like lying to us about percentages of success rates in elite hero chests, secretly decreasing the success rate in rerolls (some more bullcrap they will never be accountable for). but there is no doubt - the nyx and other unkillable heroes are the most pressing issues in the game right now.

I quite agree with you: people who spend a lot of money has no guilt in doing that, it's just the way they choose to spend their money (everyone of us spend a part of his money for things he enjoys). The fact is that the system is quite awful. It is a stupid idea that who pays more is so stronger than who do not spend money. It is quite common for f2p games but it is not fair in my opinion. However I don't know if there is a solution to this "issue".

@@David-kw5uj correct me if i am getting it wrong, you are talking about the way the game should reward people that are ready to put the real money into the game. On one hand, you want your customers to feel like they get "real" value and advantage from the money spent, on the other hand, you don't want the free-to-play players to feel like they stand no chance against the paying players and turn the whole effort to futile. but this is a system problem as you said yourself, it has to be fixed by devs, and "whales" don't deserve any hate for that. but I really hate the way devs are allowed to be careless and milk people for money when they release another hero and then readjust and nerf the thing you paid for to the dirt. i know that some adjustments are needed sometimes and without it, the game would be broken with each new half-baked release. so between these two options: broken game or fair value for money, I choose the third option: test the fucking thing properly before the release!🤣

@@yotamfreyman684 Exactly, you got my point properly. I was thinking about a game like league of legends where you can spend money just to get nice skins, but not to be stronger than who doesn't. Because someone has to spend money to keep the game alive, but it is quite unfair to divide players in strong and weak just according to the money spent. I agree with you also for the second part you have written: developers should test better new heroes before releasing them. It's not nice to change them right after the release, it could break players' strategies. However they have not changed Nyx utility in game, he still remains the strongest hero. His rework just made upset players because it was so early after the release.

@@David-kw5uj I am actually fine with paying to give you an advantage in the game, as long as f2p players have a decent experience too. the problem is that until now not a single damn event gave anything worthy to f2p players ( with an exception of new year events maybe). a week of signing in, clicking buttons, collecting currencies, and all you got were 150 purple souls and a golden key. it was for years like that. and it was simply filthy. right now they have a second event in the row that is actually f2p friendly and I hope they will keep that attitude. As for Nyx it is simply broken. it was broken after the release and stayed broken after the changes they did. I have a Ragnarok Bael and it can't do jack shit to 320 Nyx. Death or loss by time out. I don't even bother. And there are way too many Nyxes on my server, I simply lose to everybody. And it is in every single weekly event - all of the arenas and ladders, even peaks. If you are adding something to the game that doesn't have any counter you simply break the game. wish they would think it through before they release this shit show.

@@yotamfreyman684 Yes you are right. Giving some advantages to paying players is not absolutely wrong, if they are balanced it is not a problem (like for example in Clash Royal). But here the advantages for p2w players are ridiculous: VIP bonuses, rare pets, mythic artifacts, red skins. Just after a couple of months the difference between f2p and p2w is too huge to be overcome (I have seen it playing with a friend of mines). Actually also Nyx is a problem because it is too strong if compared to other heroes. However it is not limited to paying players, so it is another topic this one. When I answered at your first message I was referring just to the "paying players issue" and to Akari 's idea about it.

And over half a year later he is still broken as fck. I don't have one and literally 80% of my enemy's in for example maze have him making me lose first round every run. And in all the pvp content I'm not even competing anymore waste of time for a top50 finish...

It's not great, but have you tried saizou with 88war, or Frida, or other strategies to get around him? He's strong, but he's not unbeatable.

Red soul Lindberg can defeat nyx. With just 1 cleric hero backing him up (Preferred Hero: Heaven). Nyx can be easily defeated. Thank me later.

I've got a guy on my cluster with lindberg (and skin) and no nyx and he loses to most nyx 90% of the time. I'm sure he thanks you. Most nyx are in the front, which doesn't really help lindberg too.

@@AkariPlaysGames I have Vivienne, ripper,lindberg (Red soul) wolf rider, vegvisir and centaur (T4) on my team. (I know its trash but I can perma stun 3 enemy heroes most of the time, equally powered opponent with nyx in them, I can defeat them.) If I get lucky when nyx pet died and Lindberg focuses its target to nyx (the taunt like symbol) My lindberg can sometimes one shot nyx bec nyx w/o his 2nd hp is too soft. My only problem in my line up is if my enemy has ould or skuld at the same time. Because they keep reviving backline heroes thats why i cannot kill nyx in the front. Thats why I think the biggest problem now is the Heaven heroes over power healing and reviving skills. Skuld can remove negative status and revive 1 hero sure, but with ould being like the most op Vivienne with permanent revive on all heroes that helps the enemy team big time thats another level of power and I think thats causes a lot of concerns. Nyx is OP but without skuld and ould he can be killed. All strong legend heroes in the game doesn't have stun abilities except Lindberg they can do a lot of damage but they cannot cripple nyx by stunning him. Thats why a lot of us finds it hard to defeat nyx. When enemy line up has skuld and ould then thats the time I can say nyx is unkillable. (For higher players like you thats the biggest problem bec they will always have both skuld and ould thats what making nyx too powerful) In my 10071K power equally with my power thats the problem I've been having. 2 heaven cleric at the same time. My enemy keeps reviving. My lineup is trash but if you read my heroes passive and active skill you will get why i can say lindberg can defeat nyx. If one on one with nyx and lindberg I would go to lindberg with gift of creation equip with lindberg I think he can defeat nyx. All of this is based on my lineup and experience with the game. Im sorry if my last comment came as rude. Azathoth will be the 1 hero that can make a big impact in the game. (Honor mode) Especially for higher players like you.

Why just with nyx? Skuld killed single target heroes. Sigurd killed arwen. Bryn killed valk. Nothing is fair in taptap. And dont even start with artifacts. Totally broken mythic artifacts.

Single target assassins barely existed before skuld. Arwen was never going to be a pvp staple. Valk was out of meta long before bryn. I think you've got your order of operations entirely wrong here.

If they Nerf Nyx anymore , then this game is go bankrupt instantly...almost 800 servers will be empty... Currently biggest issue is Unending battles...so i suggest either winner should be announced by point system where they count every aspect of battle, but this might take too much load on game so it will start crashes... 2nd option should be if PVP battle gets draw then winner should be Random , not only whoever attacks...or atleast they should consider this at auto Battles... Random winner should only apply for PvP...

Here is my suggestion on nerfing Nyx 1, Nyx on his own should ONLY be healing on his basic attack and from his skin. Remove the "healing 50% of max HP after 3 basic attacks" and the "gain 20% damage reduction after releasing active skill". 2, Make his energy bar vulnerable to Sigurd, chessia, etc.

Best strategy for the devs is to release new heroes equally strong. The old heroes will start to be obsolete and they will grab more money along the way! :)

I agree with u but i'm against the idea of nerfing him. Yeah we all know that the existence of nyx hurts some players. But lets be fair. People like me; a f2p have been saving gold keys & ME for months & even skip other faction heroes just to be able to pull h&h heroes, like nyx. So, having him in my team against people that have mythic artifacts really help a lot. Instead of nerfing him, the devs should rework or buff old heroes. If the idea of nerfing him will take place somehow, i hope it'll only be minor adjustment.

Lel NYX was jus a decent opponent, don't make it as a big deal when you can't figure how to beat it. This hero is the only reason I found this game more challenge, I don't build NYX myself and I like to challenge someone with it. Deal with it, is was just a strategy game.

I don't hate it, I just don't have as strong desire to play as before. If it hits that point, I'll quit, but I'm not there yet.
