Stelle is unironically Star Rail's best girl. Our cute racoon is almost universally loved hahaha. Her design is also so well done. The mix between a more casual cyberpunk look with the jacket and a more girlish style with the skirt and heels is well balanced. Also why does she have a random teal thigh band on her leg? I'm not sure, but my neurons sure do activate when I see it.
