OK, no offence but your AU has major issues, Obito is responsible for itachi, kisame and Zetsu joining the akatsuki, and if obito didn't stop the original akatsuki members and kill them, then they could have stopped yahiko's death, and lastly (this one is only minor, since he could have thought of this when he saw Zetsu was in the akatsuki) Tobi isn't his own new alias but is rather the name, personality and look of Guruguru (yes Guruguru's real name is Tobi, its actually cannon) again no offence, but these are really major issues,
