Bulijjo manyi kiri ku main Post office wenyini coz we hv grown up being told that 0 mile is at the main post office not Amber house. Besides its supposed to be in the open not in enclosure like its the case!! Poor city planning at play here 😢

It used to be owned by coffee marketing Board, government took it up after it’s dissolution, so for now i can’t tell you bt maybe still government coz it houses a ministry and a couple of government companies and agencies
