I personally have no problem with the three officials, this kind of incident happened to me sometime back, but after a while i have leant that some people make decisions without consulting, then some are pushed. There will always be a way just make sure you all become responsible citizens.

Public servants in Uganda they make mistakes until they are pushed out. KCC cannot fail to get money to run the city it is a question of planning and prove that expenditure is justifable.
