its typical akb sound. i know its not a bad song but man they really risk nothing...its almost 20 years! they have to change at some point... and this time they actually got a really good choreo yet 80% of the MV is close-up shots of the member's face.. that feels soooo old.

Same old mix of techno+rock they just cannot seem to escape from. MV was nothing inspiring or spectacular. They also need a better center with better visuals than Hitomi like the new member HIrata Yuki.

Japan has lots of musicial artists & bands who will handle the innovative aspect of music industry. It's not the job for akb48, 'the idols you can meet'. What the fans need from them rn is a pretty choreography, a theme that looks a bit new but neither kpop nor 46g, & a nostalgic sound that will remind them again of akb48 golden era. They did that perfectly this time.
