Nice place and nice plan having both families living on the same property. It's looking indeed much drier there than the other place. You have a lot of white birches, which we don't have here. It needs some cold climate to live I think. Thanks!

Hey Joe it will be nice having the kids next door. The old property is still muddy now. Around here the birch trees are an indicator of no permafrost. When you have lots of black spruce it means wet and permafrost. I hope my plan works out. Thanks my friend

Nice place Mike. Looks like a little higher elevation. I live in West Virginia at the foot of a steep hill, kinda deep in a valley. We don't have a lot of water issues, but its normally muddy here until about June each year. So I know how that can be a problem. Your property has a beautiful view of the forests. I like that.

How many acres is the new property? Dosen't look like you'll need your mower deck for this property.

Almost 4 acres. I will use the mower to keep the path mowed

Great potential Mike, looks real well. Are you going to raise chickens like at the other home? How many acres have you got to work with? Did you bring the tractor tent from the other house? Looks great, enjoy and stay safe.
