when i was in 5th grade, started watching naruto, i never had missed the ending- "Wind", it taught me some important lessons about life, then near about 2 years after i just stopped being a brat who cries over every bad sht, To me, Akeboshi is one of my true inspiration and always will be!! Arigatou... (From India)

I love the celtic inspiration, akeboshi is like a blend of west and east, its brilliant
@bobrulerofall12 жыл бұрын
well, akeboshi isn't really a fair representation of most folk music. he's too much better than a lot of it. and he's got his own beautiful emotional style i haven't seen anywhere else.

It reminds me of many things, first i thought a bit about an Ocarina from Zelda, then it goes more like middle age music, then it reminds me of a pirate song, and then finally it give me the feel to be in japan and chill there :) Great song!

This song is so wonderful. There is so many different emotions, no words, just music. And this music tells everything. And there is no need to add anything.

I loved Wind by Akeboshi back when I was a 12-year-old Narutard. I would listen to it and sing it every night before bed, like it was my own lullaby. After a few years I stopped liking Naruto, but I still would listen to Wind on occasion and almost feel like crying from the beauty and the nostalgia. I don't know why it has taken me 6 years to try listening to another song by Akeboshi. I want to cry, they're all so beautiful. But I almost feel sick because of all of the time I wasted.

(part 1)At first this song is really soft and sad... (part 2) Then the happy violin-thing starts in the background and it just expands slowly. Then there's the little break (3) and then everything explodes in lights and happieness and it just goes on ~ (4) Every stops for a second. Then it goes on, but there's still this sad little tone in the background, but it beautifully mixes with the rest of the music... All in all. This works like a story to me: (1) Somebody has lost their wife or husband... She is deeply depressed and can't find any happiness at all. (2) One day she finally meets somebody... Something is moved inside her and glee and excitment is finally begins to regrow in her heart. But she's still mourning and hesitant. (3) Then she suddenly decides it's okay to move on, and her life explodes with light and love once again. (4) They're old now. Everything seems a little qiuet, but they still got eachother, and therefore it's not so bad... (5) They're living the life with every old and beaten bone in their body

Nenya Højmark Beutiful imagery from you! To add to what you said, The songs's title *Toki no Fune* means *The Ship of Time* My journey at the moment is filled with sad tunes. I want it all to just end. But so far i never gave up, so although now is the hardest, ill try to go forward and never break :/

Toki no Fune is an alternative song to Nine Days Wonder that was made by both Akeboshi and this other guy (forgot his name) it was used in a Japanese drama called The Fugitive (I think or was it the Runaway?)
