Actually scenes from Batman vs Superman and Man of Steel are more epic than the Marvel equivalents because of amazing Cinematography and a Powerful score. Something Marvel misses out on since they churn out films far too quickly. The main reason this video is epic is down to the choice of soundtrack which makes everything cooler and the editing work. Marvel scenes on their own, whilst exciting have a dull colour palate and a not particularly impressive score save the Avengers main theme. Watch the Civil War airport scene next to the BvS scene where they fight Doomsday. The difference in lighting is night and day (literally). The colours are vibrant and punchy. They draw you in. The heroes stand out. There's a grandiose feeling about the entire movie that somehow makes it feel special to me atleast. In the case of Civil war its just a dull grey expanse of concrete and the colours are muted.

Whilst most would probably agree with you, the problem with Marvel movies is that they depend on hype to sell. What significance does Avengers Endgame have outside of the MCU? Because films like BvS and Man of Steel explore themes of cultural significance I think they will age better than the average Marvel movie.
