While this class does not generate any confusion or torment, it still benefits most from Akeem Relic when available. Same rotation as Fractal Relic. Golem ends before 5th burst kicks in, DPS would be around 40k if it dies during the 5th burst.

Hi it is possible if we using Fang Iboga instead ? To acess to confuse and torment ?

It's doable, but you'll lose more damage by taking iboga than you would swapping the relic to fractal. If you don't have the conditions to proc akeem i recommend just swapping relic to fractal.
