You think Merula’s family sucks in this. You should see what it’s like in my Headcanon where her Father basically is the worst Father ever. Her Mother suffered under the Dementor’s Kiss. And Merula basically at the end of the conflict just decided to go into hiding with her fate unknown. 3 years after the events of Hogwarts Mystery. Some random location. Person on a street: “Hey, you lost pal?” Merula while sitting on the street: “Lost? Can’t be if you got nowhere to go.” Person: “Hey, you hear about that guy that broke lose in Azkaban? This... Sirius Black or whatever in Britain?” Merula shrugs: “Nah. I hear a lot of things.” Person: “Wasn’t there somebody else that got imprisoned year ago. Around the same that Sirius Black did, something like Snyde or something like that?” Merula: “....Never heard of them.” Person: “And they had a daughter as well.” Merula: “They could’ve had one.” Stands up and walks away. Person: “Wonder what happened to her.” Merula: “I wouldn’t really know. I don’t know her.”

yep also in my headcanon, once word gets out about Merula, The circle collectively agrees to ban merula and Lucas has Jacob take her place.

When Merula said that if she'll break the Vow, she would die, i got hit with a memory from year six After Rowan died we asked the centaur leader(i forgot the name) to decipher a prophecy right? Well one of things that was in that prophecy is *"You will loose someone close to you, but not in a way that you think"* What if he meant Merula? I hope not...😰

9:23 - HA!! That's RICH considering the number of serious offenses you're responsible for as the leader of R! Why am I even talking to you about this?? It's none of your business! You can't just decide to be a parent again because you feel like it! I thought Jacob was completely justified in his anger against Pergerine, and now he's getting all chummy with him too! I don't care if Merula made an unbreakable vow. She has to face consequences for her actions. She could've told us at least five chapters ago that she made the vow, maybe more! She clearly doesn't trust us enough to tell us things, so why should we trust her?? She also told the Circle about our father before we were ready to, for literally no reason! Besides, I'm tired of her attitude and I just can't trust her anymore. I might consider changing my mind later before I do this chapter, but right now I will very likely be banning her.

I’m not sure about Whether to ban her or not , she like MC have been through a lot with R and the Vaults, but on the up side Halloween 🎃 in the Great Hall looks good you can even use the first person mode to get a closer look at the sweets 🍫 🍬 🍭 on the tables, This Years Side Quest is having a Pumpkin 🎃 Party 🎉 down by the Lakeshore by the way, which is likely to trigger at the end of the month on the 26th.

Oh definitely, it's no excuse. They must still face consequences. But it's, at the very least, understandable. I mean, imagine if you're in a situation where the only options are either kill or be killed. At that point, one thinks about survival, not consequences. The consequences are an afterthought.

@@AkemiStormBorn if one gets in that kind of situation its understandable. But it should also be taken into consideration that Merula got into that situation because of her lack of wisdom. She tried to achieve heights ,took dicisions on her own without consulting the members of the Circle. Due to her other members' lives fall in the line of risk. So she deserves to be expelled from school itself. If one fails to control self then not only that person is a problem for oneself but also for people around .By keeping her in the group,the integrity is lost in the group. Even liability of MC is under question now. Am I wrong?

@@sayanbhattacharyya2593 My explanation was more geared towards my iteration of Rakepick, and not Merula. You are absolutely right, and Merula is just an idiot. What made her think that making an Unbreakable vow with anyone is a good idea to begin with is lost on me. And she still neglected to tell the Circle and continues to shirk taking any responsibilities for her actions. Merula absolutely deserves to have her membership revoked and be expelled for being a literal criminal. Even if you ban her, the only reason she hasn't been expelled is to keep Merula under some sort of control, and at the very least, keep her alive. Merula isn't sorry about her behaviour, she's only sorry she got caught.

@@AkemiStormBorn Ah, lol, thank you. 😂 It's also weird that Merula's membership in the circle was questioned, but we are just there and no one questions it, while the circle is fighting against our dad. 😂 It wouldn't be weird if we never spoke to him and was mad about it. But no. We are having butterbeer with him, like nothing happened. 😂 In my head-canon, I also had the "our dad is the leader of R" line, because it was kinda obvious for me. But in my head-canon my MC has a totally different attitude and story with her father. 😂
