: DONT be quick , the hear is responsible for changes so if you over chance heart will depleat and stomach overact : Dont be busy,for a place where you ghotta do nothing (play : job = 1:1) : Sleep in less that 10:00, becouse pitta activates in override after 10:00 to 2:00 am sooo its no sleep time : pitta acts on the nervus system : transformaion is only possi ble if pitta isnt reducted by its consistancye
