Santos spoiled a big night for Shakur. Too much power, Shakur never let his left hand go for fear of being countered. Santos just wasn't aggressive with that power enough to get the win or the KO.

Cause for Santos to cut off the ring it would've required running which besides tiring, it's illegal, but Shakur got away with it. He also got away with refusing to engage, ducking below waistline 5 times, multiple times while doing so he grabbed DLS by the thigh/butt to spin and hit him and lastly, wrestling. Not the clinching, the wrestling. He should've been disqualified. Most of the punches counted as landed did not land. This was rigged. From the ref, to the judges, the commentators and especially the compubox.
