Test Correlation of Relationship of Variable X to Variable Y
PEARSON CORRELATION TEST
Correlation test aims to determine the level of closeness of the relationship between variables expressed by the correlation coefficient (r). The type of relationship between variables X and Y can be positive and negative.
BASIC DECISION MAKING
If the significance value is less than 0.05, it correlates.
If the significance value is more than 0.05, it is not correlated.
RELATIONSHIP GUIDELINES
Pearson Correlation value 0.00 to 0.20 = no correlation.
Pearson correlation value 0.21 to 0.40 = weak correlation.
Pearson Correlation value 0.41 to 0.60 = moderate correlation.
Pearson Correlation value 0.61 to 0.80 = strong correlation.
Pearson Correlation value 0.81 up to 1.00 = perfect correlation.
If the Right Significance Value is at the 0.05 Value ????
Compare Pearson Correlation with r table.
Pearson Correlation More than r table = related
Pearson Correlation Less than r table = unrelated
