You are not alone on the tomatos! For me it’s not necessarily tomatoes, but raw tomatoes. Anything cooked (spaghetti sauce) is fine. It’s the not cooked tomatoes that most likely make you hate them.

Yes, some people, even Italians, do put it on, but it's not the traditional recipe. And if you ask me (I tried both), it's way better without the vinegar. The vinegar just ruins the flavor of the mozzarella. But to each their own. Just please don't write it as if balsamic vinegar was a part of insalata caprese.

I can’t deal with pickles. I used to dislike tomatoes. However, I will eat tomatoes and carrots if they’re handled in a certain way. Aki. I woke up at 1:00 AM and decided to watch your video and as I'm typing this, I'm having to hide my phone because I hear someone walking down the hall ( either my mom or dad) and I'm scared. I'm deciding to still watch your video because you make me smile.

I love watching aki when i sometimes remember something scary like joy costura vid is rent-free in my head rn and the fact that i live in the Philippines we all know what our house looks like with those many windows🙂 and the fact that its 1:45AM bc im doing my modules ugh i hate modules

The fact that the "super cold box" is actually effecting the temperature of the entire room makes me WANT one. God damn it's so tiny and convenient and would be a good send down here in texas. I'd always have mine in my room and on at all times.

Use that yogurt for cooking Aki. Been using that for plain yogurt replacement for a while. Taste pretty good, giving the meal sourness and little bit of tomato-ey flavour that the dish needed.
