Exactly. Not to say that high school coaches can’t help with technique and fundamentals but there are levels to this. Current and ex nfl players have devoted their entire lives to the craft and have so much knowledge that can help kids get better across the nation. There were no o line technique breakdowns when I was in high school until a few days after I graduated; joe Thomas did a technique breakdown and immediately shed light on about three or four of my recurring stance and get off issues. Please NFL put keep putting these out!

I played offensive line in high school 73-75. It's a totally different game in the pit. A combination of judo,karate,and summo now. But this guy Hicks is a smart player and should go into coaching.

With the signing of Mack Hicks got lost in the shuffle, but that man is still a major part in how that Bears Def works. He is an absolute beast and if you double/tripple Mack you are setting yourself up for failure b/c Hicks is a beast to stop 1x1. And Hicks is making sure the new guys on the line know how to do it also. Love this dude, loved him since the Bears signed him.
