Is there a way to make a good 74u build without changing the iron sights from the suppressors?

It's the barrels that change the iron sights of it. They are actually misaligned too when using some of the barrels with the suppressor. A build I've been using is the GRU suppressor, patrol grip, 50 round drum, mounted flashlight and then the 5th stock attachment. It has some great movement speed. I'd recommend going and checking out the video that TrueGameData did on the 74u. He recommends a build and shows better how the barrels are messed up.
