Thanks for helping which movie the Intermezzo motif came from since I was stumped (was trying to that figure out). The first three motifs were the basis of Godzilla's Theme used in the Heisei and Millennium Godzilla films.

To answer your question, rgbsax, there is no music in-between the Intermezzo and the Godzilla March. That is just how the piece has been written. However, I listened to this video again and I hear what you mean--the music almost seems to "skip" from one section to the next. I do not know why that is. The source material does not do that, and I never noticed it before. So yes, it should be a more smooth transition. However, rest assured there is nothing missing from this composition.

Why does it cut from Intermezzo to Godzilla's theme so abruptly? It cuts something out that I think probably improves the piece.
