The food tour was awesome! Akis has really found the specialties of the regions - many things even Greek residents did not know. I can confirm that the bread of this bakery is very special, as is our Feta that is winning prices each year.

So this is how Feta cheese is made! expensive outside Greece. I will try to make the quinoa & oats pudding, try a new way to cook quinoa the Fajita looks good, I think the only ingredients missing in the meat is Cumin, the main spice in Mexican cuisine.
