the whip is fine. It's not disjointed so I could 5A with carmine in certain ranges. But the gun. Fvck the gun. It's hard to jump or assault over the gun... and depending on if eltnum has the purple bullets thing, it can go as fast as 5 frames. It's some cowboy sh*t with how fast a good eltnum player can 236 on neutral. Eltnum players the fastest gunslinger(236) in fighting games. If you're late on the jump, you would often get hit mid air.
