Sir, i am 48, one year back I had pain in my right upper wisdom tooth and could not sleep at night, next day saw doctor, he gave me antibiotics and pain killer for 3 days. Pain stopped. When i touched the tooth i found that it was loose. Now till now for one year i have no pain . Only on checking it, it is loose but no pain at all and only gum area above the tooth feels a little sore on pressing it. Sir , pls tell should I be concerned and get it removed? My dentist after analyzing the Xray advised to remove the wisdom tooth and a root canal is required for the adjacent tooth which is affected due to this crooked wisdom tooth also I've got a missing tooth on the right-hand side and I'm not able to chew foods now doctor advised to implant a tooth post wisdom tooth removal and this is costing approx 40k plus tooth implant additional cost.

Nice.. I also have swelling on the gums of my wisdom teeth. It gets normal by using betadyne gargle but again it starts swelling after 7-8 days. But I am scared to get that infected teeth removed. So kindly suggest that is it important for the teeth to get removed or I can reduce the problem without removing it..
