As Siddaramaiah announced before the election, Congress will give 10 kg of free rice. He did not mention that the Center is already giving 5 kg of free rice. The center does not charge a single penny for 5 kg of free rice. . They fooled people by giving false promise. 10 kg of free rice. That means they should give a total of 15 kg of rice for free. I don't know why the Congress is asking the center to give free rice. If the Congress does not get the rice, the same money can be credited to the card holders.
