Akko, Nahariya and Rosh HaNikra. Israel. Highway 4 עכו, נהריה וראש הנקרה. כביש 4

על גלגלים מגישים לכם נסיעה בת כ- 21 ק"מ בגליל המערבי מעכו אל ראש הנקרה. התחלנו בצומת עכו מזרח במפגש של כביש 4 עם כביש 85 המוביל אל כרמיאל ואל מזרח הארץ. לאחר מכן עברנו סמוך לעכו. בהמשך עברנו בקרבת הישובים הבאים: שומרת; בוסתן הגליל; לוחמי הגטאות; רגבה; שבי ציון; מזרעה (المَزْرَعَة) ועברון. לאחר מכן חצינו את נהריה ועברנו סמוך לסער, גשר הזיו, לימן, צומת בצת בו נפגש כביש 4 שלנו עם כביש 899, וראש הנקרה. את הנסיעה סיימנו סמוך למעבר הגבול ראש הנקרה בעמדת תצפית המשקיפה אל הים התיכון

Acre - Akko; Shomrat; Bustan HaGalil; Lohamey HaGeta'ot; Regba ; Shavei Tzion; Mazra'a ; Evron; Nahariya; Sa'ar; Gesher HaZiv ; Liman; Betzet Junction and Rosh HaNikra. we finished at Rosh HaNikra Border Crossing where we saw the Mediterranean

Fantastic. My most favourite place in the world. It's become much busier and there are new roundabouts/junctions since I first went in 1995 though. I hope it doesn't get too populated. I used to walk from Nahariya to Rosh HaNikra, partly on the old railway - the tracks are still there in places, (although a lot of it has been built on now). At 20:36 you should have called in on old Eli Avivi at Achzivland!

לדעתי כביש 4 צריך להיות כביש מהיר לפחות מאשדוד עד חיפה.

מסכים איתך. יש תכנית של משרד התחבורה לשדרג אותו לכביש מהיר מאשדוד עד צומת נחל חדרה.
