Hon’ble Justice Venkatesh, Sir you have explained so well . Even after 2 decades of practise required to learn. It’s so true as a lawyer that one has to start from the lower courts. That is where the law really is : other courts are courts of appeal. Being in a firm IPR we learnt what is more in statutory bodies like competition Commission etc. Corp law is the privelege of firms though it’s lawyers to handle them but only in passing off cases had the opportunity to acquire experience of district courts which was limited . As an advocate have to request the advocates not to chase money. Please chase work , money will follow. Must must start from lower courts . Thank you for explaining so well . No senior explains. The juniors are merely to carry their books and gown . I am so grateful as this is not taught in the faculty either. Thank you . Regards, Rekha Dayal.

Supporting Hon’ble judge though the suspect is provided with the evidence he should have the right to collect evidence .Will this not complicate the case as the onus is on the police or complainant to prove him guilty. Till proved guilty he is innocent.
