I don't know much but this man seems to hunch shoulders and has a hunched back... I love the music though! What is that track if I may ask?

Rounded back, or Dragon, Turtle, or "basket" back, is typical for the Dragon Body Posture. Not everyone holds the Dragon guard this way, but it's perfectly fine. He is also of advanced age, so that, too, plays a role here.
