Another hauntingly beautiful song of theirs is "Time and Fallen Leaves". There is no MV for it. I read somewhere that the reason they intentionally did not create an mv is because they wanted the listeners to imagine their own scenes as they listen to the song.

This was their first album after Chanhyuk finished his military enlistment and my favorite AKMU album overall. Chanhyuk decided to enlist very early compared to other male idols because, if I recall correctly, he said he wanted to gain more experience in life to inspire his creativity. He wrote most of the songs of this album during his enlistment. Though this one song was made before his military. Suhyun originally had plans of having her solo debut during his enlistment but didn't feel confident enough without him being there even if it was behind the scenes so she postponed it.

honestly, thats what I would do too, just go get it done ASAP, and for Chanhyuk, I would say that paid off, MAJORILY. I love how intertwined they are, its actually pretty cute

I love this song😭 the emotion, build up, bridge and end are chef's kisses! the whole Sailing album is my fave of all time! And i think their song Let's Take Time from the same album,is sooo underated, they performed it live on Unplugged and made me love the song even more.

So beautiful. Their voices blend so well, I legit wonder if it’s because they’re related. People always used to mistake me for my mom over the phone because we sounded so much alike. I wonder if that holds for singing voices of family members. Or maybe they just know each other so well that they can match each other without thinking about it. That’s how it seems anyway.

I think so, there is something that comes from familial harmonies that is just on a whole different level, I dont know why either, I think you are right. I started to sound like my dad when I was about 14

This is my fave song from AKMU, my eyes always got teary everytime i hear this song.. maybe because its relate with me. Another song that i really like are Chantey and Whale. I hope you can react to those 2 songs too. Whale is unique for me

At the time of this song's release, it broke many charting records. It spent 226 weeks on the Melon Top 100 weekly songs, and if you were to go look up the Melon Top 100 songs right now, there is a great chance it is still in the Top 25 songs. I am so glad you finally got around to reacting to AKMU. They are one of the artists I'd hoped you'd eventually get to, but they aren't on reactors radar because they aren't "typical" kpop, but they are so unique and talented. I always find it a shame that reactors don't delve into them further than 1 or 2 songs because you don't get the full picture unless you do some sort of "dive" into their work.

@@Killdeer25 There is so much kpop content out there it is totally understandable that it would take a long time through them all, especially since you like to give each group a thorough listen to.
