It's not the world, (i wish it was, I'd have something to fight for) it's actually even scarier and more worse than that, it's ourselves, that we are constantly trying to change but sometimes (most times) we find that we can't. That's the difference between a teen and an adult and once that realization comes, life goes from normal mode to hard mode quick. That's why I turned to God for faith and confidence, if it was up to me, I'd be dead now

I remember my cousin Monique whenever i hear this song. She passed away 10 years ago in June, It feels like it was just yesterday. I miss her so much, wish I could've been there to save her that morning or make her heart feel better. Talk her down from that ledge, but of course there's always the what if's, wondering what it would've been like today if she was here. Love you so much, Monique. Until the day we meet again, I keep you alive in my heart & memories!! September 14, 1992 - June 4, 2010

May she rest in peace. That's beautiful that a song remind you of her....same for me and my dead step mother...ours is "try again" by aaleigh I know I didn't spell that right but heah...when tideland says "we shouldn't of left you without a dope beat to step too" because I feel it means for me that she shouldn't of left with some more good grace she had a good heart I believe the good always die young its too true to deny... and then how she says at first you don't succeed dust urself off and try again" like to keep going in life and don't give up...this song was popular before she died.. So it resonates with me alto... Thanks for sharing our experience. Hope u appreciate mine

@@samantharenee5301 Thank you so much. It reminds me of her because when I was young, she downloaded her music onto a new computer my mom bought, and this song happened to be apart of her playlist. I don't mind your spelling, I know what you're trying to say, and that is so true, the good always die young. She was way ahead of her time, and so was Aaliyah! When I watched interviews about her, I just loved her personality through the screen. I'm so sorry for the loss of your step-mother, but I truly believe the ones we love never truly leave us, We can't see them anymore, but they walk beside us everyday. & yes, thank you for sharing your experience with me aswell. I Wish you all the happiness & love in the world. Take care. I appreciate you sharing your experience with me. Thank you!! xo

Everyone has their problems. All you can do is try. Getting thru shit is so difficult wen all ppl do is put you down, noone realizes that all their problems is in their heads. Most ppl live as though they are just rewinding every day. Days get harder to push through, all you can do is try.
