I 100% agree, I have the dual channel dash cam and I am very happy with it. The ADAS is OK, probably with some fine tuning I would be better and probably more suited to country rather than city driving. In my other car I have a Viofo Dash Cam and it has given me nothing but trouble. Would definitely buy another 70mai dash cam.

@J Yes, but in the city the warning about approaching cars goes off too frequently even when you are at no risk of collision. Similarly with the warning that the vehicle ahead is moving, this also goes off even if you're moving too.

I didn't plan to, only because I've already done other install videos for other dash cams and it is EXACTLY the same. I have a few videos with the regular hardwire kit and a separate one with the smart hardwire kit.

Hey buddy, I just watched your video on the pioneer AVH 4200nex. I recently got that radio but I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove the hands-free phoning blue icon at the bottom right hand of the screen. Anyway to do this? All of the accents in my car are red and that one blue icon throws it off. If you know of a way to do this I would greatly appreciate it! 🙏

No.....there is a box in the cord of the hardwire kit that activates the parking monitor. You can not monitor your car for collision or theft as you sleep in hotels or driveways without it.

Help. I installed the app on my phone and connected it to the dashcam's hot spot as instructed. However, the moment I walk away from my car I can't seem to access any of the camera's features on my phone app and asks me instead to connect to the dashcam via hotspot. what could I be doing wrong? I simply want to be able to access the dashcam recordings on the phone app.

My 3rd 70Mai dash cam...going back to Kickstarter lol.. I have this one just now and wish I hadn't... When I connect to the wifi on the cam, it switches off my bluetooth music and you have to stop the App to play music again.. Never had this on any other one from them....

My biggest disappointment after using this for a while is, it takes forever to download recorded videos to the phone using wifi. To download 10 videos of 3 mins each, it will easily take over 30 mins. And in that time, the dashcam isn't recording

128, I wonder if something is wrong with your camera. With this company had better customer service or you could call and ask what the problem is. 32 will work but it loops over itself so much in a day you might miss things you don't want to miss.
