This is one of the best cross anime music videos i've ever seen. its very well melded together not to mention the fact the music fits perfect. Trigun and Cowboy Bebop were similarly animated so it was just flawless melting of the two!~ :D

the first time i saw this amv , it wasn't the winner but i thought just how incredible the editing was, it literally shook me how good it was edited to make it seem like the same anime :D I second this, it deserves to win .

While this amv might not be the most flashy, or entertaining of this years entries I feel it does something that none of the the others could do. It told a story, by beautifully combining 2 different shows, which I believe is a true AMV.

WOW this was well done to be able to bring two different animes together in such away while unfolding a story!!. Just to add in shes a bounty hunter in her story and he has a HUGE bounty on his head in his story which is why i love the whole scene on the stairs where he notices his wanted poster and scribbles over it :P

I really dont understand why people don't like this amv... I can agree the music isnt the best. At the same time the editing is beyond awesome and it has a good story to it! most amvs focus on how many special effects can i fit into my video. It is truly sad people can't appreciate this amv for what it is.

This is actually pretty mindblowing = I am laughing at the people who are commenting saying they don't know why it won. It won because it's two characters from two different shows with similar (old school) animation. The person who made this was able to make it seem like it was only one show - there is a lot of masking in this but it all is so seamless that people who haven't seen cowboy bebop or Trigun wouldn't be able to tell - and that is exactly why it is amazing

@Nevistrix Just going to point this out, although it's likely you've got it already, that this meshes two anime: Cowboy Bebop and Trigun. As in, the two main characters NEVER interacted together in any anime, since they belong to completely different shows. It's thanks to the editor that it makes it look like it's all one cut from a single show (which never existed).

I never rly look trigun all the way trough, and haven't seen an episode of Cowboy Bebop so i thought it was an ova of trigun or something xD. Anyway i rly couldn't tell this were 2 animes, so good job. In total I liked the AMV as well, though i liked the amvs of previous winners more. (although he/she/they had more work on it)

Do people not understand that vash the stampede has NEVER been in a Cowboy bebop episode? Not to mention the love story created between Fay and Vash; and the cards are all edited in. To my knowledge fay has never kissed anyone in cowboy bebop. While doing all of this, it retained the main "feel" of both animes into one while their styles were completely different. no words can describe how good it is. (not to mention who the hell hasnt seen cowboy bebop or Trigun, 2 of the best animes ever.
